General

All PC parts are covered up to 1 years standard gurantee on electrical/mechanical failure.

Any labour undertaken that is directly associated with the failing computer component, will be re-worked with no additional cost to the customer.

Any failing of software or hardware that is directly associated with the original PC issue, will be re-worked with no additional cost to the customer.

All internal PC parts are purchased through our service, to cover the customers warranty rights in the eventuality of part failure.

Any on-site troubleshooting work will be subject to payment, regardless of whether this is followed by an agreed installation or not. The reason for this is that the troubleshooting part of the job is the most skilled and demanding part; not the physical installation itself. We try our best to be as accurate as possible with a free PC diagnostic over the phone before any commitment is made. Our phone diagnostic has a very high frequency of accuracy with the infromation provided by the customer.

All pricing for work is based on an estimated time-scale, which is very accurate. If any work does exceed the estimate, then it is hardly ever more than an additional half hour, for example. Anything beyond this, and the job will simply be capped at that amount.
